At Fright-Rags, we want you to be thrilled with your horror-themed gear, but if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the items are safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
